How is MDE Pro different from your one-time white-label plans?
The white-label plans are installed on your server. You own the code, get full lead capture with Google Sheets, and have no ongoing dependency on us. MDE Pro is hosted by us: you paste one script tag, we control the file, and you get automatic updates forever. Different product for a different buyer. If you want to own the code outright, see our one-time plans.
Do I need to give you access to my WordPress site?
No. You add one Custom HTML block to your WordPress page and paste the script tag we send you. We never need your login credentials.
What application systems does the bridge CTA work with?
Any URL. Floify, Arive, LendingPad, Loanzify, PreApp 1003, Encompass, Blend, or your own custom form. You give us the URL when you sign up and the Apply button sends borrowers there directly.
Can I update my photo, phone, or NMLS after setup?
Yes. Just email us and we update your configuration. Changes reflect on your site within 24 hours. No code changes needed on your end.
What happens if I cancel?
The script tag on your page stops loading the tool. The page shows nothing where the tool was. You can remove the script tag or replace it with something else. No data is lost because we never stored any.
Is the readiness score compliant with US mortgage guidelines?
Yes. The tool uses standard Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac front-end and back-end DTI guidelines. The tool clearly states it is an educational readiness assessment. Not a lending decision, pre-qualification, or pre-approval. The full compliance disclaimer appears on every results page.
Does MDE Pro capture leads or store borrower data?
No. MDE Pro is a bridge tool. It scores the borrower and sends them to your application. Data collection happens inside your existing application system, not in our tool. If you need lead capture with Google Sheets integration, see our one-time white-label plans.
What does automatic updates mean in practice?
Because we host the JavaScript file, any improvement we make including new features, bug fixes, and rate guideline updates automatically appears on your site the next time a visitor loads the page. You never need to update anything.
