1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We may collect basic details such as your name, email address, business name, website URL, and message when you:

• Subscribe to our newsletter
• Contact us or request a quote for a white-label tool
• Voluntarily comment on our blog, if commenting is available. These details may be publicly visible depending on platform settings.

This data is used only to respond to inquiries, send updates, and improve our services. It is never sold or rented to third parties.

Lead Information Submitted Through Our Tools

When a visitor uses a Standard Calculator or Decision Engine on a broker’s website and chooses to submit their information, we may process details such as name, contact information, and the figures they entered, for the sole purpose of delivering that inquiry to the broker who operates the tool. This is described further in Section 2. MDE Pro does not collect this kind of information; see Section 2 for how it works instead.

Cookies

OurNetHelps uses cookies, which are small data files stored on your device, to improve your experience, remember preferences, and analyze website usage.

• We do not share your personal information with advertisers.

Anonymous Information

We automatically collect certain non-personal information such as:

• IP address, browser type, and version
• Internet Service Provider (ISP)
• Time and date of visit
• Pages viewed and referring URLs

This helps us analyze site traffic and improve the user experience.

2. Mortgage Tools and Lead Data

Our tools fall into three categories, and each handles data differently.

Free embeddable calculators

These run entirely in the visitor’s browser. They are display-only, do not capture leads, and do not send inputs to our servers.

Standard Calculators and Decision Engines

These tools include an optional form. When a visitor chooses to submit their details, that information is transmitted to the mortgage broker who operates the tool, so that the broker can respond to the inquiry. Delivery runs through the broker’s own accounts, such as their Google Sheet, CRM, or email, so submitted leads go to the broker and not to OurNetHelps servers.

In this situation, the broker is the business the visitor is choosing to contact and is responsible for how that information is used afterward. OurNetHelps facilitates delivery of the inquiry and does not sell, rent, or use this lead data for our own marketing.

MDE Pro

MDE Pro works differently from the tools above. The 8-question readiness assessment runs entirely in the borrower’s browser, and OurNetHelps does not collect, store, or transmit the borrower’s answers to our servers or to the broker through MDE Pro itself.

Once the assessment is complete, MDE Pro sends the borrower to the broker’s own existing application system, such as Floify, Arive, LendingPad, PreApp 1003, Encompass, Blend, or another URL chosen by the broker. Any information the borrower provides at that point is submitted directly to that third-party system, which is operated by the broker or their chosen application provider, not by OurNetHelps. Use of that system is governed by its own privacy policy and by the broker’s own practices, not by this Privacy Policy.

Broker Ownership of Leads

Lead information submitted through a Standard Calculator or Decision Engine belongs to the broker operating that tool. OurNetHelps does not resell, reuse, or market to those leads. Because MDE Pro does not collect borrower data itself, this section does not apply to MDE Pro; see the MDE Pro section above.

3. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Lead submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to administrative accounts is restricted and protected using industry-standard practices.

No method of online transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute safety.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate and improve OurNetHelps, including Google Analytics for site measurement, Google Sheets and email providers for delivering and managing lead inquiries, website hosting providers, content delivery networks, and YouTube embeds for video content. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies as part of delivering their services.

MDE Pro may also bridge borrowers to a broker’s chosen mortgage application system, such as Floify, Arive, LendingPad, PreApp 1003, Encompass, Blend, or another URL. These systems are operated independently by the broker or their application provider, and any data a borrower submits there is governed by that system’s own privacy policy, not this one.

5. Sharing of Your Information

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any third party without your explicit consent, except when required by law or to comply with legal obligations. Lead information submitted through a broker’s Standard Calculator or Decision Engine is shared only with that broker, as described in Section 2. MDE Pro does not collect borrower data for us to share in the first place.

6. Your Data Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at services@ournethelps.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are a US resident, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what information is collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

If you submitted information through a Standard Calculator or Decision Engine on a broker’s website, that broker is the business you contacted. Requests about that data should be directed to the broker, and we will assist where we are able. If you submitted information through MDE Pro’s linked application system, that request should go to the broker or the application provider operating that system.

7. Managing Cookies & Subscriptions

• You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings.
• You can unsubscribe from emails anytime using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

8. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any significant changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

9. Governing Law

OurNetHelps is operated from India and serves US mortgage brokers and their website visitors. We aim to align our practices with applicable US state privacy laws as well as widely recognized international principles such as the GDPR.
