1. Introduction

Welcome to OurNetHelps (https://ournethelps.com), founded by Sanjeev Kumar. By using our website, tools, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before continuing.

2. Use of Our Tools

• Free embeddable calculators are available at no cost. The 8 Standard Calculators, Decision Engines, and MDE Pro are paid products, governed by the terms in Section 4.
• While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every calculation or estimate is error-free.
• Results are estimates for informational purposes and are not a loan approval, a lending commitment, or financial or legal advice. See Section 8.
• You agree not to misuse, clone, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer any part of our website, tools, or code.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, text, branding, and software code on OurNetHelps are owned by OurNetHelps and Sanjeev Kumar. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any material without prior written permission. Use of paid tools is governed by the terms in Section 4.

4. Paid Products

We offer three categories of paid products, each with different terms. Please read the section that applies to what you have purchased or intend to purchase.

4.1 Standard Calculators (One-Time Purchase)

The Standard Calculators are our 8 basic white-label mortgage and finance calculators, available individually for a one-time fee or as a discounted bundle covering all 8. Like Decision Engines, each Standard Calculator is installed on your own website, hosted on your domain, and owned by you outright with no recurring license fee.

The same 30-day money-back guarantee described in Section 4.2 applies to Standard Calculators: if a tool is not functioning as described, or your compliance team flags an issue within 30 days of setup, you may request a full refund.

4.2 Decision Engines (One-Time Purchase)

Decision Engines, including the Mortgage Decision Engine and Refinance Decision Engine, are offered for a one-time fee, with no recurring subscription. An optional annual maintenance plan is available but is not required.

Each Decision Engine is installed on your own website and hosted on your domain. You own your installed copy of the calculator code, with no recurring license fee and no ongoing dependency on OurNetHelps. Tools already installed on your site remain yours and continue to function even if we release new versions.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Decision Engines: if a tool is not functioning as described, or your compliance team flags an issue within 30 days of setup, you may request a full refund. Support terms, including the included support period, are described at the time of purchase.

4.3 MDE Pro (Monthly Subscription)

MDE Pro is offered as a recurring monthly subscription, billed either monthly or at a discounted rate billed annually, as selected at the time of signup. Unlike Standard Calculators and Decision Engines, MDE Pro is hosted and managed by OurNetHelps rather than installed as code you own outright.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; there is no long-term contract. Upon cancellation, the MDE Pro script tag will stop loading on your site at the end of your current billing period, and the tool will no longer function on your website. Because MDE Pro does not store borrower data on our servers, no borrower data is retained or lost as a result of cancellation.

Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except as described in the 30-day guarantee below. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on MDE Pro: if the tool is not functioning as described within 30 days of first going live on your site, you may request a full refund of fees paid to that point. After the initial 30-day period, standard cancellation terms in this section apply and no further refunds will be issued for prior billing periods.

We may update, improve, or modify the MDE Pro software at any time as part of the subscription; these updates are included in your subscription at no additional cost.

4.4 All Paid Products

To protect our intellectual property, you may not resell, redistribute, or repackage any paid product as a standalone product, or present the underlying OurNetHelps software as your own product for sale to others.

5. Limitation of Liability

OurNetHelps provides all tools and content “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damages, or inconvenience resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website, tools, or services.

6. External Links

OurNetHelps may link to third-party websites and services, including third-party mortgage application systems that MDE Pro may bridge borrowers to. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site or system.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our free calculators run in your browser and do not capture data. Decision Engines include optional lead capture that delivers submitted information to the broker operating the tool. MDE Pro does not store borrower data on our servers; all borrower interactions are used only to bridge the borrower to your existing application system. OurNetHelps provides calculators and decision tools for general informational purposes only. Results are estimates and are not a loan approval, a lending commitment, or financial, legal, or tax advice. OurNetHelps is not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial advisor.

Figures such as rates, payments, and qualification estimates are illustrative and should be confirmed with a licensed mortgage professional before making any decision.
