How to Add MDE Pro to Any Website in 60 Seconds

MDE Pro installs on any website with two pieces of code pasted in one place. No plugin. No footer settings. No developer. This guide shows you the fastest way to get MDE Pro live, plus a checklist if it does not appear right away.

Before you start: You need your personal embed code from OurNetHelps. It contains your unique broker key, name, NMLS, phone, and application URL. If you have not received it yet, email services@ournethelps.com.

The Two Pieces of Code

MDE Pro uses exactly two pieces of code. Both go in the same place on your page.

Piece 1: The container div. This tells MDE Pro where on the page to render the tool. It is the same for every broker:

<div id="onh-mde-container"></div>

Piece 2: Your embed script. This loads the tool and identifies your broker account. Every broker’s script is different because it contains your unique broker key and your details:

<script src="YOUR_EMBED_SCRIPT_URL" data-broker-key="YOUR_BROKER_KEY" data-broker-name="Your Name - Your Company" data-apply-url="https://your-application-url.com" data-broker-phone="(555) 000-0000" data-broker-nmls="123456" data-broker-email="you@yourdomain.com" data-broker-photo="https://yoursite.com/photo.jpg"> </script>
Your embed code is pre-filled

OurNetHelps sends you the complete script tag with your broker key, name, NMLS, phone, email, and application URL already filled in. You do not need to edit the placeholders above. Your version arrives ready to paste.

How to Install in 60 Seconds

Paste both pieces of code together on whichever page you want MDE Pro to appear. The div goes first, the script tag goes immediately after. That is the entire install.

You do not need to understand or edit the code. OurNetHelps sends your personalized version ready to paste.

Open the page where you want MDE Pro to appear

Go to the editor for the specific page on your site. This can be your homepage, a dedicated mortgage calculator page, a specific loan-type page, or any page where borrowers with purchase intent are likely to land.

Add an HTML block or embed element to the page

On WordPress this is a Custom HTML block. On Wix this is an HTML iframe embed. On Squarespace this is a Code block. On Webflow this is an Embed element. On a custom HTML site this is just the page itself. Look for any option that lets you paste raw HTML.

Paste your complete embed code into the HTML block

Paste the container div and your script tag together inside the HTML block. The div goes first, the script tag goes immediately after. Both pieces must be in the same block on the same page.

Save and publish the page

Save your changes and publish the page. MDE Pro will not appear in your editor preview. It only runs on the live published page. This is expected behaviour across all platforms.

Open the live published URL and confirm the tool appears

Visit the live URL of the page in a browser. MDE Pro should appear where you placed the code, showing your name, photo, and NMLS in the header. Run through the assessment yourself to confirm everything works end to end.

That is the entire install

No plugin activation. No footer code. No settings page. Two pieces of code, one HTML block, one paste. Done.

Works on Common Website Platforms

MDE Pro is plain HTML and JavaScript, so it can work with any platform that allows custom HTML and JavaScript to run on the page. The install above works on all of these common platforms:

🔷WordPress
🔵Wix
🔶Squarespace
🟦Webflow
🌐Blogger
⬛Custom HTML
🟠GoDaddy
🟢Shopify
🟣Any other platform

If your platform lets you add custom HTML and run JavaScript on the page, MDE Pro can work on it.

How to Confirm It Is Working

After pasting the code and publishing the page, take two minutes to confirm the full setup is correct.

Check your name, photo, and NMLS appear in the header

Open the live page. MDE Pro should show your name, photo, and NMLS number in the top right of the tool header. If these are missing or showing placeholder values, your embed code may not have been saved correctly.

Run through the full 8-question assessment

Answer all 8 questions across both sections: The Home and Your Finances. Confirm your Readiness Score and Approval Likelihood appear on the results screen. No credit pull, no signup, no commitment required.

Click the Apply button and confirm your application URL opens

On the results screen, click Continue to Secure Mortgage Application. Confirm it opens your correct application system: Floify, Arive, LendingPad, or wherever you receive applications. A broken or missing URL here means no borrower will complete the path to your application.

Check your private dashboard

Open your dashboard URL. After running through the assessment yourself, your Tool Loaded and Started counts should have increased. That confirms tracking is working correctly and your dashboard is connected.

If It Does Not Appear

If the tool does not show on the live page, work through this checklist in order.

CheckWhat to do
Preview vs live pageEditor previews do not run external scripts on most platforms. Always check the live published URL, not the preview.
Page not publishedConfirm you clicked Save and Publish, not just Save. The tool only appears on published pages.
Both pieces presentConfirm both the container div and the script tag are in the same HTML block. One without the other will not work.
Container div ID correctThe div ID must be exactly onh-mde-container with no typos, no extra spaces, no capital letters.
Broker key validConfirm you are using the broker key provided by OurNetHelps in your welcome email. If the tool loads but shows nothing, your key may be inactive. Email services@ournethelps.com to confirm your account status.
Still not workingEmail services@ournethelps.com with your site URL and the platform you are using. OurNetHelps will identify the issue and walk you through the fix.
Editor previews do not show the tool

WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow editor previews may not render external scripts. This is normal. Always open the live published URL to verify the tool is working. If you only check the preview and see nothing, that does not mean the install failed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to install a plugin to use MDE Pro?
No. MDE Pro works by pasting two pieces of code together on your page. No plugin required on any platform. A WordPress plugin is available for brokers who prefer it, but it is optional. The direct paste method works on WordPress the same as every other platform.
Does the code need to go in my site footer?
No. Both pieces go together in one HTML block on the page where you want the tool to appear. You do not need to add anything to your site footer, site header, or any global settings. Everything goes in one place on one page.
Can I put MDE Pro on more than one page?
Yes. Paste the same code into an HTML block on each page where you want the tool to appear. There is no extra charge for multiple pages and no additional configuration needed.
Why does the tool not show in my editor preview?
Editor and preview environments across WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow do not run external scripts the same way a live browser does. This is normal. Always check the live published URL to verify the tool is working, not the editor preview.
Will MDE Pro slow my site down?
MDE Pro is designed to load asynchronously, so it should have minimal impact on page rendering. On pages without the container div, the script checks for the container and does not render the tool. The embed does not require third-party libraries or plugins.
What happens if I move the tool to a different page?
Remove the HTML block from the old page and add it to the new page. No other changes needed. Your dashboard will continue tracking from wherever the tool is currently placed.
Does MDE Pro store any borrower data?
No. All calculations run in the borrower’s browser. Nothing is stored by OurNetHelps. Your dashboard tracks event counts only: how many sessions loaded, started, completed, and clicked to apply. No borrower names, contact details, or assessment answers stored anywhere.
